Q: How do I book a laundry session online?
A: To book a session online, simply visit our website and select the "Book Now" button. Choose the service you want, select the date and time, and finish payment. Once you've completed the booking process, you'll receive a confirmation email with all the details.
Q: What is the refund policy for booking?
A: Refund policy:

Full refund: If the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

Partial refund: If the cancellation is made between 6 to 24 hours before the scheduled time, there will be 50% of refund.

No refund: If the cancellation is made within 6 hours of the scheduled time.
If customers are more than 10 minutes late for their scheduled time, the service will be automatically cancelled.
Q: How early can I redeem the service?
A: Customers can redeem their service 15 minutes before their scheduled time.
Q: Can I reschedule my booking?
A: The online booking system does not currently support the ability to change the booking time. Therefore, if you need to change your booking, please cancel your current booking and make a new one.
